I recently took my car to for an inspection, and I had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the front service was nice and welcoming. However, I encountered an issues that left me dissatisfied. Before the inspection, I had my car checked by my mechanic to ensure it was ready to pass, as I was planning to go out of town that Friday. The inspection was supposed to take under an hour, but I ended up waiting much longer. The main issue arose when they failed my car for a "loose" tire rods. The next day, I took my car back to my mechanic, and he replaced all four tire rods. He mentioned that while there was a little give, it seemed they were being overly picky. I think they were trying to upsell their repair services. (Who cares about a $30 inspection fee when you can upsell services you wouldn’t have normally come in for.) Usually, I go to a quick service place for my inspections and I'm in and out in 15 minutes. I wanted to share my experience so others can be aware and make an informed decision.

This place was nice in your face but rotten on the inside. I took my vehicle there to get a diagnostic test and ended up being charged 300 dollars. I set up an appointment to get a computer check on the vehicle but when I drove it, there the car was smoking. They then told me that they would call me back that day, but I never did. They called the next day and said that we would need an additional hour, which would be 299.90 total. They told me they didn't even look under the hood. I asked in the additional hour would they be able to tell me everything that could be wrong with my car. They called me back 30 mins later to tell me my engine is dead and will have to be replaced. I asked for a full list of all the diagnostics they did on the vehicle, and they couldn't give me that. I demanded that they take off additional hours that can not be accounted for, and they still charged me just to tell me my car won't start. That's why I brought it there. The entire time I was picking up my vehicle, they were avoiding me talking to other customers and not being accommodating. They also said they were going to charge me for a storge fee but had my vehicle just sitting in their shop and told me I couldn't go into their shop to get it. I had to get it towed. Long story short, bad mechanic shops like this is why ppl don't trust them. Also, when I got my car home, several things on my car were not working anymore, like they damaged it further.

The other day, I experienced a flat tire. The service advisor and the technician demonstrated professionalism to the 10th power. Each addressed all of my questions and concerns. They showed such kindness while assisting me, and they went beyond the call of duty.

Service was good and people were very friendly. It just took hours and hours for an oil change. I dropped my car off at 11am (with an appointment) and it wasn't done until basically 3pm.

Recently moved to Charlotte NC and found this place as i need car inspection. They're awesome! Respectful, friendly, and tell you all that's needed - pricing is fair- could be lower :-). They even provide Shuttle Services within a range! Great accommodations while you wait. Recently had oil change and tires rotated and will continue to go for my auto needs.

Dropped car off at 10:30am. Didn't get feedback until 1pm. Had told srv rep I had a coolant leak and about where. Diagnostic fee was an outrageous $150. An unbelievable $350 for a new hose and clamp.

Very helpful got a nail in tire he was closing and stayed open to fix it so we could get home. Very clean and helpful. Highly recommended
