Go to this Woodies for any car needs!! I had such a great experience from the second I walked in to when I left. Many things made my visit great, but I want to shoutout one of the employees named Brían. When I first arrived he made sure I felt comfortable in the waiting room and knew where everything was. I went in to have my car inspected, and there was a lot of things that needed to be fixed. Brían explained everything thoroughly and when I still didn't fully understand what he was saying (because I know little to nothing about car repairs), he went out of his way to draw me diagrams to help me comprehend. The whole time he was patient and kind, even speaking with my dad on the phone when I asked him to. A lot of people who don't know much about cars, including me, hate going to auto shops because they think the employees might try to rip them off / wont be understanding. I did not feel this way for even one second here! Every other employee I spoke with had great customer service as well, all very personable people. Their waiting room has free coffee, water, sodas, and snacks. They also have a free shuttle service to drop you off / pick you up while they are working on your car. This has been by far my best experience at an auto shop and I will definitely be coming back for all future car needs. I 10000% recommend going here.
