I brought my car in to get a quote on breaks and roters. I was charged for a diagnostics test that I didn't ask for since breaks don't require a diagnostics. I made it very clear I don't have much money and that's why I needed to go somewhere cheaper. With this in mind, they still decided to deceive me into paying for diagnostics.

Came in out of the blue to get my repaired. The service was exceptional and their mechanics immediately worked on my vehicle and had me out within a half hour. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. 5/5 recommend.

Been coming here for the past 2 years. Won't be coming back. A 2 hour fix turned into a 3 day fix.

I was sent a $25 Woodies discount card late 2022, I have used their services for both vehicles, that I submitted with my oil change in Jan. 2023. When I received my bill, discount was not on the bill. I ask why no discount and the tech said the bill was already produced and is a hassle to change, but will put a note in the system for next time. I agreed. Recently, I took my car for an oil change plus over $400 of additional fluids that did need to be changed. I paid the bill then realized, still no $25 credit from the last time, which I was told was going in their system. Additionally, all for tires were not checked for air as two days later my air pressure indicator light informed me of low tire pressure. I checked and all four were under inflated. Concerned, once a simple mistake, concern twice an issue?

Slow service, inspections done very limited hours which is a mystery. Go figure
