Another great experience at Woodie’s Indian Land. John C. was super helpful. I wanted to use a specific kind of synthetic motor oil and he was more than willing to accommodate. Even took pictures of the used oil to show me its condition.

Goodies is my go to when I need my vehicles checked out! They ho above and beyond with their people skills , communication, and their work. They stand by it no matter what.

Daniel is 10/10!! He takes the time to explain any repairs, reasoning for them, and answer all your questions. He is honest, trustworthy, and reliable. Daniel had gone above and beyond to help me during the car purchasing and selling process as well. I highly recommend taking your car to Woodies, specifically Daniel, for a reliable and fair priced experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Woodie’s Auto in Uptown. I came back from vacation with a tire that was nearly flat and stopped in without an appointment. Daniel took great care of me from the moment I arrived. He got my car in quickly, made the entire process easy, and even called his Michelin representative to help me get a better price on a new set of Michelin tires. The work was completed exactly when promised, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. If you’re looking for honest, professional service, I highly recommend Daniel and the team at Woodie’s Auto in Uptown. I’ll definitely be back for future service.

He was very polite, professional, and patient with me, taking the time to explain the process of the diagnostics to be performed, reporting the results, and keeping me informed throughout my vehicle's necessary repairs. Woodie's - in addition to its fine work, has incredibly attentive customer service. In many auto-repair facilities, it's easy for the customers to feel "out-of-place". The folks at Woodie's always make you feel welcome and comfortable when they greet you, and provide a much-appreciated personal approach. The shuttle driver I had last time, Jimmy, was great company and a good conversationalist as he drove me back home. I have been coming here for several years, and highly recommend Woodie's to anyone in the South Charlotte/Pineville area who needs a good, reliable, honest, affordable mechanic who works quickly and diligently. MUCH preferred to going to a vehicle dealer service department, where it's easy to get lost in the shuffle.

The staff is extremely friendly, explain everything, and complete the work in reasonable time. They helped me with a pre-purchase inspection that was very detailed and reasonably priced. The report helped to negotiate on the sales price given the work that was needed. We ended up buying the car and have worked with Woodies on the repairs and will continue to do so for future maintenance.

I brought my vehicle in because my biggest concern was a tire that someone had pointed out might have an issue. I made that clear as soon as I arrived. The older gentleman who initially helped me was very attentive, friendly, and took the time to listen to my concerns. We discussed several maintenance items based on my previous visit, and he explained that they would perform an inspection and call me afterward to go over anything they found before completing the work. I was happy with that plan because it would allow me to confirm whether my tire actually needed attention and whether anything else came up during the inspection before my vehicle was finished. The next day, I called because I had not received that inspection update. Unfortunately, the woman I spoke with over the phone gave me a completely different impression of the customer service. When I asked for updates on my vehicle, I was not asking what time it would be finished. I was asking about the status of the inspection and what had been found. Instead, I was repeatedly told that the car would be ready around 5:00 and that someone would call me then. I asked multiple times for an actual update, but my questions were never answered. It felt like I was inconveniencing her simply by asking. If she did not know the status of my vehicle, I would have appreciated her checking with the technician or service advisor instead of repeatedly giving me the estimated completion time. Hours later, Ryan called me and was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything. My issue was never with him. My frustration was that I had already called looking for the inspection update I had been promised, and instead of receiving any meaningful information, I was left feeling like my questions were being brushed aside. The reason this mattered is because if the inspection found additional issues, or if my tire did need to be replaced, I wanted the opportunity to have those repairs completed while my vehicle was already in the shop. That was the entire purpose of waiting for the inspection results. After picking up my vehicle, I checked the tire I was originally concerned about. It was at 29 PSI. As I am writing this review, and before I have even driven the vehicle since leaving the shop, that same tire is fluctuating between 25 and 27 PSI. That leaves me concerned that there is still an unresolved issue with the tire, despite it being the primary reason I brought my vehicle in. My frustration is not just about the tire. It is about the lack of communication. I was told I would receive a call after the inspection so we could discuss any findings, but that never happened before I had to reach out myself. Even when it did happen I couldn’t find out anything about my cat while they had it to ensure everything urgent was in progress. While Ryan ultimately provided excellent customer service, the earlier phone interaction and inability to get an update prior to getting my car left such a poor impression that it overshadowed what had otherwise started as a positive experience.

MaE an appointment, dropped my car off at 7:00am. Didn't get a diagnosis call so I called at lunch time and only got the voice mail. I called back at 2:00pm since I still hadn’t heard from them. The guy that answered didn’t know and was going to check on it and call back. Still no call by 2:30pm so I called back again and got another guy and he told me that they wouldn’t be able to pull it into the shop for another hour. I said don’t touch it and I’ll be by to pick it up. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! Didn’t live up to the radio ads that’s for sure.

When 5 star service meets 5 star talent a 5 star review is the result.

Great service, very professional

Someone needs to remove 5 star review under my name. I paid $395 and my car was not fixed and had to take to dealer who fixed for $180. Woodys need to reimburse for ding nothing! If they actually changed my battery and key fob battery I don’t mind paying for that. All other up charges are bogus.

Someone entered 5 stars after my name post initial 1 star review! Really? Worst service they had to know car was not fixed since they are referred as master mechanics?

While I waited on my car getting its annual inspection report, I was offered complimentary drinks and snacks in the waiting room area as well as shuttle service. Every worker was pleasant and smiling; thank you!

I went to Woodie's to pinpoint a front-end noise. I had work done at another shop to replace the front struts and stabilizer links. The noise was still there. Took it back to the shop, and they couldn't find the problem. After having Woodie's check for the noise, they found the stabilizer links were installed on the wrong side. They were able to reinstall correctly and also find another problem with the sway bar bushings. This is the second time Woodie's came through for me. Great people to work with.

Today, I had a great experience at Woodie's. I first called to ask about what they offered. The initial phone call was informative and pleasant. I went in to get my free, 28 point inspection and got the information I needed for this new car, I had just purchased. Everything was handled nicely and I will return if I have any other car issues. Thanks Woodie's for fixing my headlight issue.

Josh and Johnny were so kind. They kept me up to date on my repairs. Woodies did a much more thorough check of my car than the dealership. They were able to clear warning message that the dealer left pending.

I will never book with you again and you are on my list to the day I die because you stole my $400 and did not fix my car so expect ongoing online negative review to lead customers away from your incompetence. You have no idea who I am and what I did for a living.

I went as my car will not stop beeping every time I open the door. I was charged $395 and it is still doing the same thing so they did not fix the issue. So I am to understand they charged me and let me leave with my car stating it was fixed? Really???

I scheduled an appt online for 9a July 9th and a backup appt for July 10th at 10a for AC blowing warm. Second choice accepted and online communication worked well. I then received a phone call on the 10th saying I missed my 9am appt. I told them it was booked at 10a, and they said oh we'll see you soon. Upon arrival store was clean, my service advisor was nice. He told me they were short staffed and I'd have to leave vs wait, which I did. He said he'd contact me by lunchtime. No call. I called him at 5p that day, as I hadn't heard from him, and he said he needed a few minutes to send me a text of the list of problems. 15 mins later, at 515p, I had a comprehensive list of problems which I wasn't really seeking but suppose it was appreciated. I called him back and he stated they needed to perform a complete replacement of AC unit for 3k+plus on a 2013 Jeep. I asked for a cheaper fix and was willing to waive warranty but that wasn't an option. Upon pick up of my car, around 630p, my advisor was gone and the only remaining attendant was covering a S Cha location as well due to power outage. He charged me $225 for what he called the work up. Regardless of the cost, the entire experience left me feeling fairly disengaged and skeptical with the level of competence to my primary concern. I am seeking a second opinion for a temporary fix vs a fix that exceeds to value of the truck. This is not an indictment of their competence, but the experience certainly left a question mark if the cost was worth the day's investment. This is my kid's car and it was an urgent issue. I gave Woodies a shot but left fairly disappointed paying for a comprehensive assessment when I just need AC straight talk.

The team is very welcoming, they look like they love their work and enjoy each others company. My car came back in great shape and no up sales. Easy to understand communication on service provided and recommendations for the near future. Pricing is competitive. I work nearby and Ron made my day, enjoyed the conversation to and from work. I’ll be back!

My wife and I have been in Charlotte for just over three years, and have been using Woodie's since then. We have a '19 Explorer, a '25 Sierra HD, and a 1996 Nissan D-21 pickup. All three have been to Woodie's for different things: brakes, oil change, scheduled Maintenance on the GMC, tires, etc. After a brake job on the Explorer, the brakes had a squeek. The knew the issue and fixed it - no questions or additional charges. They were very thorough when performing the scheduled maintenance on the GMC and I was happy with their service. AND, they don't try and sell us things we don't need. Tracy was my last service advisor, and she was able to get my Nissan tire replacements a day sooner than promised. Whether your car is new or old, they do just as good if not better, than the dealer. oh yeah, the mechanics are professional and respectful of owners and their vehicles, too.

First visit there, was leaking antifreeze and fear of vehicle running hot. Knew exactly where to look for the problem and fixed me right up without taking up all my day.

What resolve, you damaged my car during your repair process and left parts off, your company has done nothing but say sorry for your negligence, I had to have the repairs made by a different shop, all you did was damage and bill me for what you did.. You got your money and I hope no one else has to deal with your Incompetence.

I needed to have my car inspected. I called Woodie’s at Charlottetowne to make an appointment and they were able to get me in the same day. Great work and reasonable prices.

I went in during lunch for a North Carolina inspection. The service advisor said some of his guys were at lunch and it would be about an hour so I told him I would wait. He went ahead and had one of the other mechanics inspect it and I also do a general 30 point? Inspection and found that my front brakes Or about ready to need a replacement,. He gave me a written price for the work and I will compare that with what BMW will charge. Also, I will definitely bring my wife Explorer in for service because I’m not happy with the Ford dealership. My service advisor was very professional And the facility was clean and had anice waiting area with complementary drinks and snow. Even though he said it would be an hour, my car was ready in 30 minutes. I will definitely be back.
