Cars are definitely not my forté - w my husbands recent passing, car mishaps have left me feeling nervous.. .Feeling the escalation of yesterdays stress in regards to daughters car issue was quickly de- escalated by Kevin, who was able to accommodate us quickly, in getting the repairs needed before traveling back to school. Checking out w Pete was also quick and easy; detailing info needed… many Good thanks to ALL the face(s)in the back bay, unseen who worked on the car !! True heroes yesterday- Thanks for helping us in a timely and quick manner.

This was my first time going to Woodie's Auto Service. Cade provided great customer service very friendly, helpful and I was out within an hour.

Always dependable.They finish on time at the quoted price..Great people,great service.I foolishly used the local Nissan dealer.I spent 6k on service and parts.Most of those repairs had to be done again by Woodie's on Dupont.I wished I had known about Woodies before wasting my money at the Nissan dealer...It's nice to know that the repairs will last more than a year ...Huzzah to Woodies.I would recommend that if you go to a" Dealer"D for repairs,get an estimate from Woodie's..I think you will be better served.I'm a Woodies fan...No more "Dealers"for me...

Awesome customer service. These guys did a great job on the alignment of my truck and got me in and out. In a timely manner when other shops told me it would be a week out .
