I can not say enough about Ramsey and the staff here! They are absolutely incredible, kind, truthful and caring. They want the best for me and my girl Valda. Shady and absurdly overpriced. Tried to charge me for rotors as well as brake pads even though my rotors were fine per the highly reputable mechanic I wisely took my car to today for a second opinion. Compared to any other reputable independent shop, you'll pay double to triple the money for the same level of service. Clearly the MO here is to take advantage of people who don't know any better. Stay far away.

The guys were great! I stopped in to have a headlight bulb changed . I was in and out super quickly. Friendly conversation and great service!

Got an oil change and they did not reset my oil indicator inside my car. Also left grease marks from an air hose on my passenger rear bumper. They did not wipe the grease off. Good people in the office though

I had an appointment for an oil change and a state inspection. I confirmed this when I showed up. The Advisor didn't see the inspection initially, but commented he did see it in my request. No problem, we'll call you when it's ready. After about 2 and a half hours I called to check on the status. They had just brought it back. I had an appointment to keep and mentioned I wasn't planning for an oil change to take this long and asked from it to be expedited. The advisors response was "well you didn't ask for just an oil change". I've worked with car care, this work takes an hour (new vehicle, no possible issue). What's worse is the advisor was very condescending and inconsiderate. Not one apology over the phone or at pick up for it taking 3.5 hours. Furthermore, no price was ever disclosed or discussed with me until I got a $150 bill. My husband received totally different treatment, but still had a pretty lengthy wait and high bill for his vehicle. We will not be returning since this seems to be their standard of service.

Excellent customer service! Punctual and timely service. Very thorough and accurate assessment of vehicles needs in addition to a clear explanation of services needed. Will definitely use their services again.
