Horrible experience! Stay away from this company! I've been using this company for over four years, and my children have also serviced their cars here. But after my recent experience, I will NEVER return. I had a flat tire on my Tesla, which is under warranty. Naturally, I turned to them for help. They told me they would inspect the tire, and if they could fix it, it would cost $50. My car wasn’t drivable, so I had no choice. Later, some representative called me and said they couldn’t fix it—without any explanation. And despite doing absolutely nothing, they still charged me $50! Fine. I asked them to simply remove the tire so I could take it to the shop where I have my warranty. Their response? No, we won’t do it. And to make matters worse, they refused to return my car the same day because, according to them, “their guy had already left.” Mind you, this was at 6:20 p.m., and they work until 7:00 p.m.! This level of customer service is beyond unacceptable. They are only interested in squeezing money out of you—don’t expect help when you actually need it. My family and I will never step foot in this place again, and I strongly advise you to avoid them as well. Don’t waste your time and money on these dishonest people. There are plenty of other places that charge far less and actually treat customers with respect. 🚨 DO NOT GO HERE! 🚨
