This is my first-time using Woodie's I was impressed with customer service I received info on the phone with Eddie, so friendly lots of information. I made an appt. I was advise of the pick up and deliver service, I came with my lunch and water for the day. I was surprised to here of this service. They took me home and called to confirm the amount of my payment. So far my car is in great shape. I will give them a 5 star for customer service and repairs.

Wow woodies is my first go round customer service is well over 100%. I called for appt Eddie answer the phone awesome customer service. Ride from shop then pick up when finish I am and was excited WOW! I was a true marvis tire But now so far I am 100% woodies.. Let see how well my car gets fixed. Will give u update as soon as I get my car 🚗

Big Frankie and Eddie were such a class act! They made sure my car was inspected fast and assisted me on where to go to get a few items I needed in the area. So appreciative of them!
