My last visit was just that: my LAST visit. Buyer beware: they are intentionally vague and manipulative about things you need done. For a 20 minute procedure, I was being charged over 250$ worth of "labor". Do your homework first, they will take advantage of your lack of knowledge and upsell you things you don't need. Go somewhere else unless you want to drive away feeling like you just got mugged.

Seriously Josh? Do you honestly believe Woodie’s has successfully operated, servicing the cars and trucks of the Charlotte area for over 59 years and very proud of a client base of almost 750,000 customers, operating like the claims you have made? Also, we are so proud and sure of our service we offer an unprecedented 3yr/36kmi warranty on parts and labor on ALL of our repairs and this is honored nationwide! I'm a relatively new customer. After using Hendrick Honda for years I recently moved and found Woodies to service my car. I have been very pleased with the service. The staff is very competent and friendly. The shuttle service they provide is wonderful! I would highly recommend Woodies for service!

Kelly H. I had a tire repaired there after being bamboozled by Firestone with no attempt to repair the tire but was told that the tire could not be repaired. Zack was able to have a tech check it out and complete the repair in a few hours. I would highly recommend this service center and will use them again!

I went to Woodies because it was close to where I live. The associate was great in helping me with what I needed which was new brake pads. He gave me a price and I told him more than once that I did not want pads that were cheap and would squeak. I later scheduled an appointment to have to work done. After a few days the brakes begin to squeak.🙄… as far as my vehicle inspection, everything went well on that. No more break jobs there for me.

All the man at the counter did was complain about working in here. How he did we hit wanting to be there any more. Needless to say, I did not have them complete the service nor will I be back.
