Really good at communication but their parts manufacturer is a bust, as is their prices. Dropped car off Friday afternoon and didn’t get it back until 2 weeks later. They had to order the replacement part three times because the first two didn’t work, and then I had to return <2wks later for the same issue (that I had to, again, go back to later that day because they did not put a panel underneath back on all the way, when I had to go back they handled it very quickly). Seem like decent but for a bad company.

Excellent customer service and repair diagnosis.

Customer clerk was chill and nice. Mechanics on deck are incompetent in business. Inspection could've translated into a grand in service work, loses the potential customer due to a slight tint. Never had any issues over the past four years at previous inspections with the tint.

I had starting problem in my car, tow to this shop and they took 2 complete day and nothing has been done...car was parked where it was dropped with same position....3rd day also the same situation and while followed up they said they will check, but again nothing happened...so wanted to take it away...then they charged me $140 for nothing....this is kind of cheating without doing anything and asked me $800 for repair without even touching me car...also no analysis report has been given....I will not prefer this shop and had my car repaired elsewhere at$350.

Service was great also customer service was excellent and dropped me off at work and picked me up with no problems an this was my first time here doin business

Had to have a battery replaced, Eddie went above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule. Will definitely use their services again.
