I took my car to the Mallard Crossing Location for the annual inspection. It had a very nice and clean breakroom, with complimentary snacks, and very cordial and prompt service. This was my 1st time visiting but will not be my last! HIGHLY Recommended!

Woodie's is extremely friendly, trust-worthy, and price competitive. I'm happy to have found somewhere that I can trust to care for our three-car family's needs. On my most recent trip there they were able to undertake engine repairs on my Hyundai that were covered under my power train warranty and they worked directly with the warranty company for reimbursement saving me $700 on the repair bill.

I just went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and the general 20-something point inspection since I recently purchased my car used and wanted to make sure everything was fine. They were very polite. With other shops in the past, the guys would take one look at me, see that I'm a young women, and try to upsell me on everything. This shop didn't do that and I respect that. They talked me through the inspection list and pointed out things that would need service soon but I didn't feel pressured to spend money on anything that wasn't needed immediately.

Terrence is very knowledgeable and courteous.

We can thank Zach and staff enough for taking care of our daughter's car issue. She is in college and her car broke down and was towed to another service station who quoted a large bill. Fortunately, we knew items they were saying needed replaced did not and had it towed to Woodie's to check out!! They worked with part supplier to obtain a warranty part, saving us the hassle and money! and did the work for $1400 less than quote from other station. They called us daily to let us know the status. Highly recommend!!

Great customer service and pricing.

Don't go here. Out of convenience, I took my car here to have a check engine light looked into. My car was drive able but a little shaky when idle. After a diagnostic, I was told that the manager looked at my vehicle and concluded the only option was to buy a brand new engine. I paid for the diagnostic and had my vehicle towed to my normal repair shop (it wasn't close but they've done great service in the past). $400 later my check engine light is out and my vehicle is running great. Just don't go here...
