Absolutely no complaints here! From my initial call to schedule an appointment to checking out after completion of my car inspection, I would give them a 5-star rating!

My boyfriend had used this location of Woody’s after getting many incorrect answers on his car’s condition and they gave him excellent service. They helped fixed a structural issue that many other mechanics wouldn’t so I held them in high regards. I went to them for an oil change and an inspection, and a possible brake change. The individual at the front desk was perfectly lovely and helpful. They called to confirm that I would need a brake change and offered a coolant-flush service that I declined. They said they would top off my coolant, inspect my vehicle, change the oil, and change my brakes. Turns out they did not perform my inspection after paying for the service, which I had to come back and wait over an hour for the inspection after already leaving my car for a full day with a guarantee that the work was done and I was the one to find this flaw. I later heard a strange noise coming from my engine bay that led me to discover they also did not top off my coolant. I was concerned about whether or not they even changed my oil (as they did not give me a reminder sticker of when my oil needs to be changed next) or replaced my brakes, because they did not perform half the services they said they would, and they still have not returned my calls expressing these concerns. I know they are capable of excellent service and I do not know if these errors occurred due to new staffing, but I am disappointed that they overlooked so many services that were paid for and expected to be completed. If you choose this location, make sure to double check their work before you leave.

I was having issues with my car and was charged almost $800, they NEVER fixed the issue, charged me for oil change, maintenance, and a bunch of other things which did not relate to the issue. Which was my car was losing acceleration and stopping the middle of the road. They definitely took advantage because I am a woman. When I went back the second time because I realized they never did anything. They told me they didn't know what the issue was and could offer me another $200 dollar service, which once again had nothing to do with the issue I was having with my car. I was able to go to another mechanic, who charged way less and fixed the issue right away. I would not recommend this place at all. They need to be reported to the BBB, which I'll probable do after this post. I was also told that all my tires were bad and needed to be replaced, I was able to go to another place for this issue and they let me know my tires were fine and did not need to be changed. Only 1 of them was low. One again, incompetent, and trying to scam the clients out of money.

Service was excellent

I took my car to the Mallard Crossing Location for the annual inspection. It had a very nice and clean breakroom, with complimentary snacks, and very cordial and prompt service. This was my 1st time visiting but will not be my last! HIGHLY Recommended!

Woodie's is extremely friendly, trust-worthy, and price competitive. I'm happy to have found somewhere that I can trust to care for our three-car family's needs. On my most recent trip there they were able to undertake engine repairs on my Hyundai that were covered under my power train warranty and they worked directly with the warranty company for reimbursement saving me $700 on the repair bill.

I just went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and the general 20-something point inspection since I recently purchased my car used and wanted to make sure everything was fine. They were very polite. With other shops in the past, the guys would take one look at me, see that I'm a young women, and try to upsell me on everything. This shop didn't do that and I respect that. They talked me through the inspection list and pointed out things that would need service soon but I didn't feel pressured to spend money on anything that wasn't needed immediately.
