Sadly I felt very scammed by this place. Idk if that’s their goal or because I’m a woman.. felt like it. Also, was told inspection would be about 30 mins… ended up being 1.5 hours. So I went in for an inspection knowing I needed new tires in order to pass, but I tried an inspection anyways just to see if I could pass. I was the first customer there. I waited and waited. Finally they tell me I failed because I needed new inner and outer tires rods. They quoted me about $2k and expected me back. I decided to go straight to Mazda to see what their prices would be for those parts and labor. They were surprised that I was told I needed it. They said that those are parts that are normally only replaced after an accident due to the damage. So they did the inspection for me and told me all I needed was 2 new tires (which I knew it was time for that) so point being said, I don’t trust them.

I took my car in for a 60K service visit, which was fine except for the fact that they charged me for an inspection but didn't do the work, which I found out when I tried to renew. Not a big deal, and they offered to do the work at my convenience. I brought the car in at the scheduled day/time; I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes and noticed my car was still in the parking lot (they said they would turn it around in 30 minutes). When I went to the front counter, they said the mechanic who did the original work had to be the one to do the inspection, and he wasn't in that day. I think they did good work on my car, but the fact that they wasted my time like that means I'll be taking my business elsewhere. They get five stars for the work they did, one star for screwing me over.

The work was done quickly and expertly. They only did the work necessary to keep the vehicle operating safely. There was no pressure to up-sale additional work. this was a great service experience.

My girlfriend decided to get her car fixed here because the power steering hose broke and was leaking. She read your reviews snd gave these guys a shot...The Bill Was $728.92 to replace a hose and subtract the $85 for the wrecker service. Think im lying....heres the Receipt...Robbery

I never been or heard of Woodie’s Auto until this week. I had a very bad tire and was driving to another Tire place but I did not like the way my car was driving and stopped at Woodie’s. It was the best decision I made. Gary was the best and funny. He took care of me. Woodie’s have a new loyal customer!!
