The gentleman that worked with me was great but the cost of labor is just way too much compared to other places. Come to find out friends of mine who used to take their cars here stop going for the same reason. I got an inspection done and battery and it cost me over $700. I need other repairs done but I literally can’t afford to bring it back here.

If you need your oil changed or your tires rotated their ok but if a computer doesn't tell them what's wrong they won't be able to fix it.

I was extremely pleased with the entire service from Woodies. From the beginning, I was greeted with enthusiasm, and professionalism. I felt that I was heard when describing certain issues I wished to have addressed. Within only a couple hours, I received a text message containing a link to see all the checks that have been made, including those of higher importance. They soon followed with a phone call to review everything in that link, and address issues of concern. Two hours later, my car was ready, all issues addressed and fixed. Quick service. Accurate wait time. Car runs great. That's what you should be able to expect from a good place! And sadly there aren't all that many mechanic places like that. Both my hubby and I will be back.

Dropped car off late morning. Had it by early afternoon. Had some thermostat issues along with other things. Check engine light on. Matt and Eddie were professional, prompt and explained everything clearly. Was also updated on progress of the job via their texting app. Very pleased. They even handled the warranty paperwork to get some of the job covered. 5-Star all around! Thx guys
