My experience was good! Mitch was very helpful. I got a diagnostic and they fixed my spray for the wipers. The front door is where the convenience store is just in case you are wondering. I also liked the follow up to check in after I had my car serviced

On Saturday morning March 29, I woke up with a nail/piece of metal in my tire. The PSI was very low and I was driving from Shelby NC to Charlotte and was worried I would not make it to my Charlotte house on that tire. I stopped by the Ashley Rd location as soon as I hit the city limits, and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. I usually go to the Woodies on McDowell St in Charlotte...now I know that other locations are just as helpful. I appreciate the care that the staff at Ashley Rd took with both my vehicle and me. Thank you!
