Being a female vechile owner and one with an older car it is hard to find service centers that don't try to upsale or overcharge for parts & labor and do quality work. That is why I keep coming back to Woodies. Before any work is done they send photos and what work is needed or recommended and dont proceed until after a phone call to discuss and give an out the door total price. Definitely recommend giving Woodies in Matthews a try for your next maintenance or tire needs.

this place is a scam and wants to charge you as much as possible. do not come here. they were going to charge me $175 just for a diagnosis!! Outrageous , i went somewhere else that did it for free. they just want your money.

I’ve taken my 2006 Silverado to Woodie’s ever since I moved to Charlotte seven years ago. This most recent experience, my truck needed extensive work done to keep it going. The team at Woodie’s was communicative in explaining what was happening and what my options were. The service manager even went out of her way to make accommodations for my extenuating circumstances. The truck runs great now and I don’t anticipate need to have it fixed anytime soon but whenever I do I’m taking it right back to Woodie’s.
