I brought my car in last minute when I thought it had leaked a fair amount of oil. They were up front with me about how long it might take to fit me in given their preexisting schedule and were able to stick to that schedule which I appreciated (I was in fact grateful to be fit in at all!). Sean was very helpful with checking me in and later calling to explain what was wrong with the car. The courtesy shuttle was also much appreciated and Theo went above and beyond in helping me transfer all the stuff I had in my car to my destination. All in all an excellent experience. I was traveling on the 2023 Hot Rod Power Tour when my AC system had issues. I made an appointment at 8pm the night before for the next morning. They got me in and back on the road with cold AC within 2 hours. If I lived in NC, I would let them do all my automotive repairs. Thank you guys again for the speedy service!!

I meant to do this last night and forgot. I want to send out a 10 point review to Mr. Karl and his staff at Woodie's Auto Service. I took my car there to be serviced on Thursday and Mr. Karl and his staff were very friendly , polite and helpful. They checked my car found the problem and were able to fix it. I would highly recommend Woodie's in Huntersville to anyone who needed work done on their car. Thank you again Mr. Karl and your staff. Myself and my car Sparky are very happy .

They repaired a tire which had a nail in it. Very pleased with the work and the service.

Really nice guys. I came in with what I thought was a coolant leak, turns out my car had blown a head gasket and needed to be scrapped. They easily could've racked up the charges before telling me that my car was beyond (reasonable) repair but as soon as they saw fluid in the engine they let me know I should start looking for a new car. They were understanding about the fact that I couldn't get the car gone within 24 hours, and offered to let me use their shuttle to get around uptown. Definitely will be coming back.
