Found a nail in my tire on the way into work on Friday. Woodie’s was able to fit me in for a patch at the last minute and were so kind and courteous.

I found the lack of communication prior to my service to be very frustrating. I also found Lawrence to be rude and uncaring about his lack of communication. I will probably think twice before getting any work done at Woodies in the near future.

I was traveling from SC to WV when I noticed my rear tire was going flat.. I got off interstate 77 stopped at a Circle K put on spare and went to Willie’s. Daniel and Stewart were very helpful and welcoming..Everyone there were very caring employees., Thanks again for getting me on the road to West Virginia!

Common sense if you would take the time to do your job and look at a person oil change sticker to see that it was recently changed the smart thing to do is call the person to verify before you proceed especially when your 65 year old mother forgot the oil had just been changed on Saturday. Still common sense as a mechanic to check things out and ask questions instead of saying someone could’ve put an invalid sticker up there. Who tf going to be riding around with an invalid oil change sticker if the oil change was just did last Saturday??? Defintely won’t be getting my business ever again cause as a mechanic you supppsed to use better common sense.

I spoke with Scott this morning, took my vehicle in and these guys took care of us. Phenomenal people! I highly recommend and I will be entrusting all my vehicle needs to them.
