Jeff and Austin were funny and very kind as I was checking in to get my car inspected. The service was completed very quickly, and expectations were set when I set my appointment so scheduling was pretty easy. It was overall an enjoyable experience. I will definitely be going back for other services.

I was visiting Charleston with my family and had an issue with my Toyota. We only had 12 hours before we were supposed to leave. Hank got us in right away to look at the car. He was very friendly, super knowledgeable and got us back on the road on schedule. Great experience! We are super appreciative.

Since moving to Charlotte in August 2024, I have used Woodie's twice for major repairs. Once for tune-up service, and the latest really was an emergency service. As we were coming from a medical appointment, we had tire problems. Though, having an ill wife in the car; Jsienko and his crew helped me with my ill wife as much as they helped with our 2013 Buick.
