Woodie's is a joke. My car breaks down requiring a tow truck so take it here they kept my car for 5 days. When I called twice for an update they didn't return my phone calls. Finally the last time I called they diagnosed the problem and gave me an outrageous estimate. I declined and went to another shop and they gave me an estimate that was 1/4 what Woodie's wanted to charge me. Wow.

Old Trolley location in Summerville South Carolina is past piss poor service. Billy the service manager is a direct reflection as to why this facility won’t flourish. Very unprofessional, very manipulative not a trusted advisor.

I'm super bad because of the experience I have with Woodie's, they took advantage of my lack of knowledge to take $300 from the TPMs sensors. They charged me $300 but the TPMS light is still on the screen. they are not able to solve and did not want to return the money.

I had a great experience with Woodie's Auto Service. Very kind and respectful and took time to listen to the problem I was having with my car. They also have a shuttle service to and from their shop in case you need to leave your car. I will be back again for sure!

Drop off service is ridiculous. When a customer is asking for an inspection, why can't I just wait outside while you do your job.
