The battery terminal on my Ford Ranger was bad and I decided to take it to Woodies which was not the usual place that I bring my vehicle too but decided to try them out. I asked for them to check on my battery and the terminals and when I got a call from them later that day they agreed that the battery terminal was bad and needed to be replaced. After that the worker told me that the brake fluid needed to be flushed and the coolant needed to be flushed. About one month before this day I had Firestone do that exact thing, flush my brake fluid and check on my coolant. So it’s obvious that they lied to me and were looking to get free money out of me. I went to the store and confronted the man who informed me of the brake fluid and coolant issues and I could visibly see the discomfort in realizing that I had caught them in a lie and he offered no explanation or excuse. I kindly asked for my keys back and told them that I refuse to do any business with them. Places like this are supposed to take care of their customers in need and not lie to them. I missed a whole day of work because of this place and my truck is still not fixed. I hate the idea talking bad about a place like this but I have to speak the truth and hopefully warn anyone else who does business with these people to not let them take advantage of you.

Charged for diagnosis . That was given to me free at O'Reilly's and wanted 4600.00 for catyitc converter. Real rip off . Will never step foot in matt Hudson. Mgr. Store again. NEVER

I had a strange experience at Woodies the other day when took my car for a diagnostic for a lit engine light. The process was taking longer than I expected so I inquired at the front desk and was told that they were researching my car’s service requirements before releasing the diagnosis and recommendations. They then sent me a lengthy report that I needed to wade thru to get to the relevant information. When I asked her to just give me the answer she said she didn’t know anything about cars but it was a manifold sensor and it would cost $1200. Well, it wasn’t exactly a sensor and she wasn’t sure how much was parts and how much labor but it might cost more if they need more time or there are more problems. Mind you, a mechanic was sitting only 10 feet away. With that explanation she asked if I would like them to do all the work recommended in the report as well as the repair as if the explanation was perfectly clear. When I asked her how much the part was she didn’t know if it was included in the cost or not. I called later and insisted on a written quote with all details. It was then that I noticed they assumed I was okay with a generic part rather than the OEM for my Audi. What planet are these people on?

What a friendly staff! Amazing customer service. This was my first time dropping my car off at Woodie’s and I will definitely be back again. A friend recommended them to me and I’m so glad they did! They were quick and reliable!

your Labor costs is rather high and I am not able to locate any coupons for your company to use with my service.

Came in for an inspection and some servicing. Chad was a pleasure to work with! Definitely will be back in the future.

They seem like nice people, but the quote I got over the phone for a brakes job turned out to only be for one axle, so I ended up paying more than double what I expected. 2 stars instead of 1 because I think the job was at least done correctly.

No one contacted us when the car was ready. No one explained the results of the inspection which had several issues noted. Will not go back
