I was treated with great courtesy. I loved the customer pick up and delivery service. I was tremendously disappointed when a repair solution I asked for FAILED the first time I used it. And that I was told that my only solution was to have the vehicle towed BACK to them!!! They refused to dispatch a mechanic to perform the 3 minute repair I required.

Friendly, courteous staff, pricing is fair, great experience. Shuttle service and driver, very nice too!

Sean is my go to for all vehicles. Each time I’ve taken my vehicles in I went in expecting one thing to be wrong and I received an honest inspection as to what the problem was. On multiple occasions they could have charged me more but the cost of repairs were less than quoted bc I didn’t need the worst case scenario. Not only were they honest about repairs that the were able to perform, Sean recommended was upfront about the things that was/is not their specialty and recommended me to someone better whom was not necessarily affiliated with Woodie’s. I could not ask for better service.

Worst place location especially! Eric or Clark helped with enrolling my car as well as Brandon. Desmond helped me at the end . They had me drop my car off knowing imma girl in her 20s in medical clinicals. I have to call them 30 mins before close 6:30pm to figure out the diagnostic issue with my car that I was getting charged $120 for. I told them I needed my car for school so they could have at least been transparent letting me they were going to keep my car overnight. No communication whatsoever. F smond was kind enough to let me know her check into and get it handled first thing in the morning . I also told them I needed an oil changed so my AC diagnostic went from a $120 to total and final price with the oil change being $213.41. I was charged $93.41 for a simple oil changed. I wanted to leave a review on yelp to where they can’t delete but to no surprise they do not have one. Do not go to this location. I’ve never paid more than $60 at Midas. On top of that they added extra add on fees that were unneeded a called for. Between their communication and unnecessary add on I do not recommend this location, woodies on Savannah highway to anyone! Beware !!

Great timely service!

Was passing thru town when i needed tire service at an ungodly hour. Thankfully they were the first to open. Everyone was super nice and they got me back on the road within the hour with reasonable rates. would highly recommend

Took a vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection. Karl and his team were able to take me in on short notice. The performed a thorough inspection of the vehicle and offered some helpful advise. The cost of the inspection was very reasonable.

Shawn and staff were friendly, helpful, and the customer service I received far surpassed my expectations. Woody’s provided reliable, high quality service for my auto repair. Highly recommended!
