Brought my vehicle in for a leak on the side/back headliner in the back seat. After doing a water test and claiming they had cleaned out the sunroof drain lines they said I needed to spend $800 to change the 3rd brake light as there was a leak there (no where near where the leak was on each side of the car). I trusted them after taking my wife’s car there for repairs. 2 days after this repair the leak was no better after rain (I brought the car back when it was raining to show them no improvement). They told me I needed to reseal the back windshield for another $200. I ended up pulling back the headliner myself to discover the sunroof drain lines FULL of dirt. I blew those out and put everything back and did a water test at the shop and there was no leak. They would only refund me the diagnostic fee of $130 out of the $800 I had spent to “fix the problem”. They handled this completely wrong after misdiagnosing the leak. I told them I’d pay for the price of the new brake light ($200) but felt like I should be refunded my $600 since their repair did nothing. Shame they can’t admit they were wrong on this one and do the right thing. Won’t be bringing any business back to them ever again.
