just left a bad review and it was dropped. apparently if you dont choose 5 stars they couldn't be bothered showing it. downright incompetance and dishonesty. after my last visit they said we forgot to charge for parts on the last visit, so they added it to my bill. told them no more, i was done. still am getting emails on holidays. after 3 trips check engine light issue still not fixed.

Very impressed with the excellent customer service as well as the quick response to my mechanical issues. I highly recommend Woodies and will return there in the future for automotive needs.

Employees were very polite and professional. Dropped the vehicle off shortly after 8 am and it was ready to be picked up just after 10 am. The inspection results made it very clear which items needed some attention without feeling pressured into getting a lot of work done right away. Will definitely be back.

Everyone was very nice and they're quick too.
