Woodie’s of Mint Hill has been consistently great. I’ve been bringing my vehicles to them for routine maintenance and repairs for almost 2 years now. Staff is friendly and honest. They are accommodating to our schedule, and they work with us as best they can. They make suggestions for additional service and issues they encounter when servicing my vehicles, but they are never pushy or persistent. They just leave it to me to decide if I want to pursue any of their recommendations without pressure. They provide reliable work, and their final costs are inline with their initial estimates. I’m taking the time to write this review because they have earned my respect and trust as someone who just wants to take care of the issues that come with maintaining cars without worrying about being taken advantage of.

Took my wife’s car in for minor tire repair. They assured me that a simple screw removal and patch work would make the tire usable again. Later in the day she was driving down the interstate and the tire blew. Unfortunate that negligence from experts resulted in this issue.
