I went in on 7-16-22 for an oil change/tune up and i was asked why did i want a tune up. was my engine light on i reply with yes, man that was next to him reply with she can still get the OIL CHANGE. MAN that was assisting me the told his co-worker that i wanted a tune up because my engine light was on!!!! Wait what that is not what i said at all.....i want and need a tune up!! He then tells me that he did not HAVE the proper INDIVIDUAL'S in the shop certified to do a TUNE UP....am confused at this time am thinking that a SHOP should have CERTIFIED worker at any GIVING time!!! You never know who's walking into YOUR shop and what type of work they will need at that time. So this customer services man AND i am calling him that becuase i didn't get his NAME Tells me that becuase i have a V6 it will take all day for a TUNE up....i again told him i DON'T have all day again I NEEDED TO DROP MY DAUGHTER OFF TO COLLEGE... Well he then set's an APPOINTMENT for 7-18-22 at 7:00 am i get there and check in. Gave him my name and asked how long is it gonna take this INDIVIDUAL reply with ALL DAY...what if i have an APPOINTMENT it should take the MOST 2 HR again he REPLY with i have a V6 ENGINE.... BUT again i had an APPOINTMENT??? Not a PLACE WERE I would do business WITH ever!! Maked me angry for the simple fact that we as CUSTOMER need service provided and it's sad that PEOPLE WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE of FEMALE'S.. Maybe because am a F
