I've been coming here for a little while now. And everyone is amazing. I mostly work with Brain he he is great! Christian (believe is her name) drives the shuttle and made me feel like I've known her for a long time.

Took advantage of my Meemaw who went in for a blinker bulb and they grossly overcharged an innocent sweet old lady! If I could give zero stars I would!

Take advantage of the elderly. My grandmother went there for service, after talking to her about the services and pricing paid I shopped it with the dealer and every other local shop and they charged her more than double. My grandmother is on a fixed income and with todays inflation these senior citizens can barely afford to scrape by, but when you have these companies scamming them it's impossible to survive. Thanks for taking advantage of the elderly. Very sad.

Due to dealer proprietary equipment they could not address the problem - did not charge me any diagnostic fees!

This place is a scam. Ionly gave it one star because there isn't an option for zero stars. I went for an oil change and they told me that i needed a battery when i drove it in there with no problem. Then he tells me the battery is $411!!! Yeah right its not a Tesla, I have a 2007 canry

My buddies grandma went in for a blinker bulb replacement. They ended up putting the car on the lift per policy. Charged her for it. She walked out spending over $300 for a bulb and switch.

WARNING: My grandmother who is 85, went to this place for a new blinker bulb. They ended up putting the vehicle on the lift (they said it was policy) charged her for it, yet we all know nothing under the car has to do with the blinker. Then, said they had to replace the switch for it which they charged her $106 but the most expensive one I found online was $51. Coming to a total of $306. I looked out of curiosity to see how has it was to replace a switch, took me about 6mins to remove and put back on…. After leaving there, the windshield wiper sprayer now no longer works. Coinsidence, i think not. Then today I was walking into Happy’s to eat breakfast, and a 93 year old kind lady asked me if I could help with her car. The battery was dead, so I tried to charge it and no luck. So, I took the battery out and as I did she tells me she went to woodies before to ask about a new battery and they said it was $400+ for the battery she (required) for her car. I took her to AutoZone with her battery to check it and she needed a new one. Duralast for $250 and change. Took her back and installed it for her. Then entire thing between pulling it out, taking her to the store, and installing took less than 30mins. After sharing with local groups in town, more and more people have come forward sharing similar stories, and worse. Most of them were female, elderly, and people who had elder family or female members of their family that had bad stories. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!! #pricegouging #whistleblowing

Clean is the 1st thing that comes to mind. They offer many amenities to make a visit comfortable.

An excellent place to get auto repair done. They had a shuttle service to take me back home since I had to leave my car overnight. They communicated all my repair needs clearly too. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle back when it needs maintenance!
