Using Woodies was a positive from the first phone call. Kyle was very helpful and was knowledgeable about the problem. He and others kept me updated and the was fixed in a timely manner. I also appreciated the ride home so I didn't have to wait around. I highly recommend Woodie's.

Very satisfied both times I had my car serviced. Always offered a shuttle ride. Friendly and very clean areas. Definitely would recommend this location

I'm sure they can do some good work but after just a phone call I will not be going here. I am a female who knows a new tire from an old one and the guy on the phone questioned everything I said like I had no idea what I was talking about. Very sad they are still acting like women are incapable of knowing about cars.

I'm sorry you felt this way ma'am, we train our employees to get every piece of info possible from you in order to provide the right tire for you. This can sometimes feel like an interrogation and I apologize, in no way were we trying to belittle you or your knowledge.

We've taken our vehicle to Woodies's a couple times and each time they have been fast, efficient, economical, and fixed our issues right the first time.
