HORRIBLE. went here for a simple inspection. Car was fine no problems and the motor suddenly blows! They quoted us $7000… DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. THEY RUIN YOUR CAR ON PURPOSE WITH HOPES OF YOU SPENDING THOUSANDS TO FIX IT. our lawyers will be involved really soon. This place is a scam. Do not go here no matter what.

Tried to rip off my sister with $1400 of work i already performed (am auto tech as well),while she only came for state inspection, yea 0/10 AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Let me give you a break down of what happened and why I am giving Woodies 3 stars. I went in with loss of power, codes saying MAF and under boost. They replaced the MAF and cleaned Throttle body. Over charged a bit, but not terrible. They said they test drove it and it was good. I get the car, engine light comes back on and it's still messing up in the parking lot, so I take it back. I call my mechanic back home (TX) and he says to look at the CAT and hoses, sounds like that's the issue. I relay this information and they say, "We already checked the CAT and all of the hoses, those aren't the issue." The next day, they call me and say, "It's the CAT". The same CAT they claimed they already checked. I buy a CAT for 10 times less than they were going to charge me, but then they say it's not the CAT, it's a hose. Again, one of the hoses they claimed to have already checked. All fixed, and car runs well now. You may feel this deserves a one star, but let me tell you what bumps it up. They took accountability and didn't charge me a penny for the second repairs. They also allowed me to use their concierge service for work and getting home. They also took me to the grocery store once. All in all, three stars. If you don't need the concierge, I can't say I'd recommend them though.

Don't try them, not honest They will try to just increase the invoice Amount without rationale. Had a very bad experience Never visiting again
