Great guys. I kept hearing noise from my undercarriage. Turns out it was no big deal. They gave me a free inspection

Very consistent, great service, spot on repair work, excellent communication and have never had an issue in my many appointments with Woodies.

We had a minor accident on I77 on our way home to Florida after our vacation in Virginia. The accident caused some damage to the front end and left the truck undriveable. The tow truck driver recommended Woodie's in Huntersville. He towed the truck to the shop and as soon as we walked into the office, James noticed my husband, who is disabled and normally uses a mobility scooter, struggling to walk as his mobility scooter was still in the back of the truck. He immediately brought him a chair so he could sit down. After talking to James and the manager Karl, they assessed the damage and decided on a plan of action. They knew we had to get home soon because I have to be back to work. The repairs were done by the next morning. They got us to a hotel for the night with their courtesy vehicle and even helped with our luggage and my husband's scooter. They picked us back up the next morning when the repairs were done and got us on our way. We are very happy with the service and the price. James and Karl and the crew went above and beyond to help us in a time of need. We would definitely use this shop again if we're in the area.

Horrible service was mocked by staff and paid $900 for my vehicle and broke down the same day.

This Woodie’s location was extremely fast and had great communication! I appreciate the work they did on my Kia and I would recommend them to others in the future. I had my alternator, serpentine belt, and battery replaced here.

This was the best overall car repair experience I’ve ever had. They exceeded all my expectations and I highly recommend them to anyone with automotive issues! They were able to address my problem in a quick turnaround time. Their checkpoints showed only two things which they stressed were optional preventative maintenance in line with manufacturer’s recommendations. Ramey was professional, patient and helpful in updating throughout the process. It is great to find an honest, professional and knowledgeable auto service and repair center and also with reasonable pricing!

I brought my car in randomly to get the air pressure in my tires checked. Jonathan was so welcoming and friendly that I took my care in the next day to check the tires. Another place didn't check properly but Jonathan did a full 28 point inspection and found the leak in my tire the other place didn't. Karl was super friendly and to be honest, the whole team was really pleasant. Highly recommend.
