I was disappointed that they didn't top off the coolant because they didn't have the right type; as an auto service firm, you should have the necessary fluids.
Doug, I'm sorry you didn't have a 5 star experience this time. I believe the coolant issue was not explained properly. Usually, when coolant is low, that indicates there may be a leak somewhere in the system because coolant doesn't just evaporate. A coolant pressure test should have been recommended to you to either find or rule out a leak. As far as us not having the correct type of coolant, the coolant we use is universal and is approved to work in most modern vehicles. I would like to offer a coolant pressure test at no cost to you. Please call me directly so we can discuss this. As always, we appreciate your continued business. Billy 843-419-8490
