Had some transmission problems and took my Honda here and they were super easy and explained everything. Very nice people. Nice interior and they only charged me half because after the diagnosis they discovered nothing was actually wrong. Would recommend!

Very polite and hospitable team of gentlemen. They kindly provided a ride to and from my apartment, and I enjoyed friendly conversation along the way. As a female, I felt safe and well cared for throughout the experience.

Scheduled a balance/rotate and alignment Saturday August 9th, I told them the make and model of my truck told him the issue I was having they balanced and rotated the wheels then he called and said my truck was too big for the alignment rack that I needed to take it to another Woody's service center, wth. I feel like they should have told me that it wouldn't fit on the alignment rack when I told him the make and model. Disappointing first and last visit.
