AVOID THIS LOCATION!! Extremely disappointed with the experience at Woodie’s Midtown. I brought my car in after being told over the phone the repair would cost “22.” That figure was repeated multiple times, maybe assuming they meant $220, and no one ever clarified it actually meant $2,247. At no point was I given a written estimate or breakdown before the work began. When I expressed concerns about the several miscommunications, I was met with complete disrespect and no accountability. The store manager, Rodney, was unprofessional, dismissive, and condescending on the phone. Rather than trying to understand the miscommunication, he doubled down and tried to make it seem like it was my fault for misinterpreting their intentionally vague communications. There was no transparency, no written confirmation, and no respect for the customer at any point in this process. Their handling of my complaint showed a total lack of integrity and accountability. I would strongly advise others to avoid this shop unless you’re okay with unclear pricing, misleading communication, and unprofessional customer service.
