Thank you for excellent service. I've taken both of my cars to you over the last few years. Major repairs are done at a reasonable price and always on a timely manor. I couldn't ask for a better repair place. Thank you for all you do and the cherry on top is that ride you give me back and forth to get my car. Love you guys!

Called them with no warning, needed 4 new tires and 2 new brakes. They got everything done same day, and were great with coordinating a shuttle to get me to work. Price was reasonable, and the suggested work matched up with a recent inspection I’d had done (that I didn’t tell them about). Will definitely use for all my future needs!

Dropped off car for tire rotation and oil change. Was given a ride home and picked up. Dropped off car at 8 am and picked up at 10. Great service. Facilities nice and clean. Have drinks and snacks too. Great place.

I'm a relatively new customer. After using Hendrick Honda for years I recently moved and found Woodies to service my car. I have been very pleased with the service. The staff is very competent and friendly. The shuttle service they provide is wonderful! I would highly recommend Woodies for service!

I went in on 7-16-22 for an oil change/tune up and i was asked why did i want a tune up. was my engine light on i reply with yes, man that was next to him reply with she can still get the OIL CHANGE. MAN that was assisting me the told his co-worker that i wanted a tune up because my engine light was on!!!! Wait what that is not what i said at all.....i want and need a tune up!! He then tells me that he did not HAVE the proper INDIVIDUAL'S in the shop certified to do a TUNE UP....am confused at this time am thinking that a SHOP should have CERTIFIED worker at any GIVING time!!! You never know who's walking into YOUR shop and what type of work they will need at that time. So this customer services man AND i am calling him that becuase i didn't get his NAME Tells me that becuase i have a V6 it will take all day for a TUNE up....i again told him i DON'T have all day again I NEEDED TO DROP MY DAUGHTER OFF TO COLLEGE... Well he then set's an APPOINTMENT for 7-18-22 at 7:00 am i get there and check in. Gave him my name and asked how long is it gonna take this INDIVIDUAL reply with ALL DAY...what if i have an APPOINTMENT it should take the MOST 2 HR again he REPLY with i have a V6 ENGINE.... BUT again i had an APPOINTMENT??? Not a PLACE WERE I would do business WITH ever!! Maked me angry for the simple fact that we as CUSTOMER need service provided and it's sad that PEOPLE WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE of FEMALE'S.. Maybe because am a F

Service advisor did not fully explain the price of work to be done. Bill was much higher than expected. Honestly and respect for customers apparently are not important to this business. Very disappointed.
