Ok, so, my wheel locked and my petal wouldnt move. So, my car wouldnt start. After several tries it finally starts. I called Woodies and they said they would take a look. Well, the car started up the first time. Keep in mind that there are times it takes several times for my car to even start. So, they decided that they didnt want to even look at my car. After convancing them to even look at my car, they finally said they would. I waited in the waiting room for about thirty minutes with a toddler and being pregnant.They came back and said they didn't know what was wrong. Apparently, they didnt even look at my car. My car was in the same position and in the parking spot as when I arrived. UPDATE: Went to different macantic. The verdict is that I'm needing a new starter.

very professional Tim was they inspect my van gave me a 3 point inspection very impressive wow never seen this from any auto repair keep up the quality guys the great work still waiting on my estimate for brakes and seals .

I meant to do this last night and forgot. I want to send out a 10 point review to Mr. Karl and his staff at Woodie's Auto Service. I took my car there to be serviced on Thursday and Mr. Karl and his staff were very friendly , polite and helpful. They checked my car found the problem and were able to fix it. I would highly recommend Woodie's in Huntersville to anyone who needed work done on their car. Thank you again Mr. Karl and your staff. Myself and my car Sparky are very happy .

I have found Woodie's a very reliable and a trustorthy service center. Besides the fact that the representatives and very polite and helpful, the work performed is always very satisfactory. Will recommend Woodie's whole heartedly to one and all.

Came in out of the blue to get my repaired. The service was exceptional and their mechanics immediately worked on my vehicle and had me out within a half hour. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. 5/5 recommend.

They repaired a tire which had a nail in it. Very pleased with the work and the service.

Really nice guys. I came in with what I thought was a coolant leak, turns out my car had blown a head gasket and needed to be scrapped. They easily could've racked up the charges before telling me that my car was beyond (reasonable) repair but as soon as they saw fluid in the engine they let me know I should start looking for a new car. They were understanding about the fact that I couldn't get the car gone within 24 hours, and offered to let me use their shuttle to get around uptown. Definitely will be coming back.
