I was taking my 90 yr old grandma shopping. Her car started making a rattling/screeching noise out of no where. I called firehouse they said it would be next week before he could look at it. I know I was asking for a lot. Having someone drop what their doing for 5 mins. I couldn't leave the car and I was worried about making it home safe with her. The gentleman said let me listen to it and see if I see something. He listened and then a gentleman working on another car saw a wire in tangle. Something so simple. It just took them 5 mins and I am soo grateful. Most places wouldn't have done that like Firestone. I was literally across the street from them.

So I originally brought my car in there for front bearingsOil change and tire rotationI get it back 4 days later$1,500 laterThey say everything is repaired Mr Williams your car is ready I picked it up and it sounds worse now than when I originally brought it I take it back up there they say it's my cv joint well I no they heard that loud sound from the front end when they test drove it and said everything good Mr Williams but they chose not to tell me the car did not make that sound when I originally brought it in watch out people terrible service

Finding a reliable mechanic is always top of my list when moving to a new city. Usually this process takes months - thankfully I ran into Woodies first trip in Charlotte. Very professional & fairly priced from my experience thus far. Would definitely recommend.
