I visited this location to complete my State Inspection for the year. The Customer service was standard. Service was quick, I had an appointment so I was in/out in 45min. The waiting area is nice, has a TV and is stocked with snacks and beverages.

I have used Woodie's about 4 times so far nothing but good things to say about the service from the write people to the guys that turn the wrenches. I recently moved from Michigan to SC I have a daughter who also moved at the same timeframe to NC and it is a relief to have an auto shop that you can depend on and trust, and I think Woodie's is it. I Had a Great Place in Michigan I used for over 20 years, and I trusted them, and I trust Woodie's.

Had an issue with one of my company's fleet trucks. Had a unique LED bulb for the passenger side rear turn signal. Had already been to our shop that we use to get an inspection only to be told they could not help. Stopped by another automotive shop and was told they could help but it was a two week wait list. I called Woodie's and spoke with Victoria Pinney and knew right away I was speaking with the most competent person yet for the day. She pulled up the information and knew what was needed. Took the truck down to Woodie's and it still wasn't the LED bulb that we needed. She got on the phone and after very competently explaining what she needed (she knew exactly) she set it up to be delivered within 20 minutes and I was out the door in less than 30. I have a meeting with the owner of my company to discuss using Woodie's from here out for our business needs solely on the AMAZING service I received from Victoria. Every employee in the shop was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I am very happy to have found this shop! Honestly, If we had any openings at my job, I would try to poach Victoria. I really wanted to make sure her knowledge and outstanding customer service was noted. She is a true rockstar and I look forward to seeing her again for our future needs.

Worst customer service experience.

Went into this location on my way home, about 45 minutes away with a nail/tack in my tire. Did not want to travel with air leaking and this lcoation of Woody's took me in and got me fixed up so I could drive home. Thanks so much for the assistance!

Had a slow leak in a tire and Woodie's fixed it fast and reasonably priced. They are the best!!!!!!

I had a hole in my tire and just did make it to Woodie's on Monroe Road. Johnny went out, in the rain, to look at the tire and I asked if I had a spare. Johnny went above and beyond to help me out. So I will give Johnny, Matt and Jeff 10+ stars. Thanks for helping me out and you are appreciated.
