Scheduled oil change and tire rotation. While driving home noticed car was pulling to the left. Called the service rep and he said to bring it back immediately and they would determine the problem which he said was probably tire pressure. I took it back and they resolved the issue in less than 10 minutes.

Wonderful service provided by Woodie’s! They were super accommodating and fit me in even after I forgot my appointment earlier in the day (so sorry about that, y’all!). My husband and I moved to the area recently and I will definitely be back for future service.

I am speechless on how amazing this place is. Had my Subaru towed here 2 P.M. knowing they closed at 3 P.M. I was already prepared to leave the car until Monday when they open. To my surprise he made time to check my car out knowing I was out of town. It was the battery. So relieved. Other places did even want to look at the car until Monday. I will definitely save this to my favorite list and whenever I am traveling and need my car serviced this will be my new shop stop!!! Plus they have a nice little waiting area with coffee, water and soft drinks. All complimentary. Stellar customer service.
