I was a little early for my drop off but they jumped right on it. The shuttle driver was very professional and friendly and took me straight to work. I received a phone call later in the day with status and letting me know about some recommended services, which I declined at the time... But will let them perform at a later date. They were very friendly, fair, honest and well priced. I highly recommend Woodies for all your car repair needs. I have now used Woody's a few times. They couldn't be any more convenient. I drop my car off before work. They take me by shuttle to work. They call me when my car is ready. And the shuttle picks me back up and takes me to the shop. They are trustworthy honest and fair.

Have been coming to Woodys uptown for a few years years now, and they really have some of the best staff and mechanics in town. Always get the job done within a day of drop of no matter the work. Also they always have a smile and positive attitudes even when rude customers come in. Would recommend anyone who needs a service done to go to them.

Life savers! We had a tire punctured from construction debris while loading a vehicle into the Charlotte Auto Show. It's not a great look to have a new car with a flat tire at an auto show. Called Woodie's and spoke with an understanding and knowledgeable rep who asked us to to bring it in. They kindly knocked out a solution quickly knowing we had to get the car into the convention center in short order. Awesome team to work with, really appreciate their professionalism and assistance.
