I brought my car in last minute when I thought it had leaked a fair amount of oil. They were up front with me about how long it might take to fit me in given their preexisting schedule and were able to stick to that schedule which I appreciated (I was in fact grateful to be fit in at all!). Sean was very helpful with checking me in and later calling to explain what was wrong with the car. The courtesy shuttle was also much appreciated and Theo went above and beyond in helping me transfer all the stuff I had in my car to my destination. All in all an excellent experience. Great Service

I was traveling on the 2023 Hot Rod Power Tour when my AC system had issues. I made an appointment at 8pm the night before for the next morning. They got me in and back on the road with cold AC within 2 hours. If I lived in NC, I would let them do all my automotive repairs. Thank you guys again for the speedy service!!

I was very satisfied with the response to my concerns. The service was excellent from the initial contact with the service advisor, mechanics including the shuttle driver. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. And the cost was reasonable. I will be a customer in the future for needed car repairs. It was an overall positive experience.

After an extended search for honest and reliable auto repair shops near me, I decided to give Woodie’s repair center in Mint Hill a try. They had done work for my neighbor and she was very happy with their work. I initially visited their shop 3 months ago to ‘get acquainted’ before scheduling an appointment. After describing my problem to Victoria, I was very impressed with how she described the needed repairs and provided a written estimate of the cost. I decided to authorize the repairs and scheduled an appointment. After the work was done, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the actual cost was about 14% less than the estimate due to reduced part costs! Also, the mechanic who did the work decided that a possible alignment wasn’t yet needed, thus saving me over $100. Needless to say, this level of honesty isn’t always the case when dealing with auto repair shops! After this initial positive experience, I returned to Woodie’s for two more appointments in the past 2 months. In each case, I was very pleased with both the quality of the work and the customer-friendly way that it was handled. So, I highly recommend anyone needing auto repair work in the Mint Hill area to consider Woodie’s on Lawyers Road. I’ve referred several friends to them and all have been as satisfied as me.
