I had both my cars in for repairs in the last two weeks. Woodies seems to be able to handle every type of repair. I am so pleased with the honesty, and know how of all involved at Woodies. I do appreciate the shuttle ride to my home and back to the shop when my car is ready. I must say everyone at the shop always treat you right. Thank you Woodies!

The people here absolutely wonderful. I finished a night shift and when I went to drive home my car just wouldn’t start. I somehow got lucky and drove it to woodies, right when the opened. They had no issue helping me out, they drove me back to my apartment while my car was being fixed, and kept me up to date on the issues with it. Everything was done super fast and professionally, I’m gonna make these guys my go to in Charlotte.

Is the place an unorganized mess with folks just standing around or is the place relatively clean with quality tool boxes and mechanics moving with a purpose? That will tell you volumes about the repair personnel AND the management of the facility. I trust Woodie's Repair Center and that trust was earned not given. Six years of excellent service at this location -- and then they really topped themselves the past 2 weeks. We had multiple issues crop up on one car, plus a dead battery on the other -- just at the moment I spent 12 days in hospital and my wife started a new job. Patrick, Jeff & Co. went above & beyond the call of duty to minimize our disruptions -- shuttling my wife back and forth to home twice, and turning on a dime to handle two small issues while she waited. We can't recommend any service provider, anywhere, more highly than we do the Woodies team on Charlottetowne Ave.
