The leadership of this store is amazing terrible. Iβm not talking about store managers but district management. I was there for 2 weeks and I was let go from a customer complaint that was totally false and untrue. But did management follow up with this, no they told my store manager to let me go over the phone that night. Since that night Iβve been calling my district manager and he wonβt answer because I was told he canβt handle confrontations βcowardβ. So Monday I got a phone call from the store manager saying it would be easier on them to just pay me a money order for my 2 weeks pay. Whatever I took it but it was only for 1 week, and of course guess who wonβt answer his phone? Thatβs right Patrick the coward! I shouldβve never got fired for something to happen on my second day at work. I believe someone shouldβve talk to me over the years with service management under me never once what I have fired anybody on their second day for something they didnβt even do I wouldβve talk to them and discuss the issue and figure out what the real problem was!
