They are always so nice to us when we come in or call! All of the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful and make sure we are happy. They have been so great about fitting us in even though they are understaffed at times. And they are great about giving us updates and etas on our repairs. Just a joy to deal with! Very good experience! I will go back and will recommend

Friendly service people, but.... that's it. It took 3 days to replace my tire, with zero communication. I had to call for updates, and was told they'd call me back. Never did

Had a appt for 12/9 to have work done on our 2008 Ford. Never heard that work was completed. Called today 12/10 only to be told the guy who does the repairs was not there on 12/9 and that they only worked with a skeleton crew on Saturdays. We should have at least been updated about status of work not being done. We left all contact information on envelope that we left key in. We chose Woodies in Mint Hill because it is a family business, now I can't recommend them due to their unprofessionalism.
