Dropped car off at 9:15a for an oil change, caught an Uber, arrived at Woodie’s @ 4:00p. Car was still not done, matter of fact it was still in the air. Called at 3:21p and the guy said they will be finished in 15 minutes. It’s 4:22p, I’m still waiting and my car is still in the air. Absolutely ridiculous!!! It’s 4:40p and I’m still waiting!!! They Pulled my car around at 4:44p. So what they did was did my oil change in the 44 minutes they had me waiting, but my car was there almost 8 hours!! I know they don’t care, but I will NEVER patronize this business again. Oil changes take at a maximum 1 hour at the dealerships on a very busy day (Saturdays)👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I got these at 7:15 ish am after work the guy was acting like he didn't want to help me and I had to wait about 20 minutes for him to to acknowledge I was there when he saw me pull up

Did a great job servicing my car. The shuttle service is great as I don't have to wait for my car.

Great job and the alignment guy really knows what he's doing. Just beware, these guys over book to compensate for no shows. I had an appointment at 8:30 but I didn't get my car back until almost 4. An alignment only takes about an hour and a half. Make sure you get a ride home because they are gonna keep your car for a long time.

i would never recommend this location to anyone. they were very unprofessional and very clueless. without my authorization they were planning to keep my car overnight to fix everything when all i went for was a diagnostic test. poor communication. no one called to tell me any information on my car or when it was ready for pick up. when i arrived to get my car they misplaced my key. poor customer service. no one answers the phone when you call.

2 words. Shuttle service! I didn't know they offered this and it's definitely a huge plus for me. My car runs beautifully after the front end alignment and new tires. The 28 point inspection helps me budget fur future service. No complaints at all.

The folks at Woodies are great they are through and I trust them completely with my car and my safety. They are polite and very easy to work with.

Bad service went in for a electrical repair for my lights in the back of my car no work was done charged me 119 for a diagnostic then charged me 132$ 2x so in total I paid almost 400 dollars for no work done to my car then they called the police on me and I did nuthin wrong they had my car over a week and did absolutely no work I would definitely no recommend taking your car here the customer service is bad just lies to me the whole time if I could rate a 0 I would
