Never have I written a bad review but if this helps even one person then it’s worth it. Called Woodie’s to get a quote because we knew exactly what we needed to be done. Was told we had to pay for a diagnostic because “that’s how we do things here”. The diagnostic with photos resulted in exactly what we said plus an “extra” needed coolant flush. I asked him about this and he said that my coolant was dirty/ contaminated and needed to be replaced. Funny story I had an oil change and a coolant flush the day before (watched the technician take out the old and put in the new fluid). I proceeded to tell the Woodie’s rep this and he immediately changed his story. “ well my technician doesn’t actually look at your car, he only goes off of the services you have had done here or at another Woodie’s location.” Woodie’s you took a photo of my clean fluid and wanted to charge me $216.51 to have the same procedure done the next day. One last thing to add -the day before, I got a synthetic blend oil change AND coolant flush for $170
