Just another place that doesn't care about the customer. Went to get a problem with my gas fill tube and check out a noise on my ac compressor. It was 8 hours later before I called them to see what was going on. They had done some kind of full car inspection and I owed nearly $150 before they even did anything. I didn't ask for that. I left with around $4000 in estimates and let them fix my gas full tube and give me an oil change for $347. 2 days later my van broke down, and the gas fill tube was not fixed properly. They have a service that drives you home and picks you up which is nice. But they sure do get it off their tactics of how they handle your billing. Not going back, ever. Reminds me of a spot like Firestone or NAPA. Find your local neighborhood mechanic and let these guys get the people that don't know no better.

Chuck at Indian Land Woodies was responsible in resolving a warranty issue we had with the Chevrolet dealer where we purchased our Silverado. They would not work with us and I had heard good things about Woodies and decided to give them our business. When Chuck checked out the truck he felt that the fuel injectors and brake problem should be covered under the warranty. He contacted the Chevrolet Corp. and another dealership to see if issue could be resolved. After going back and forth with them, Chuck worked out a compromise that was satisfactory for both parties. This would not have happened without Chuck working so diligently to solve the problem. We will continue to have Woodies maintain our truck. I feel they are honest, trustworthy and professional. Thanks Chuck for not giving up and getting our truck back on the road. .

So my car has done a couple funky things recently and of course, warranty ended in March of this yr to add salt to the wound. Not even 63,000 miles on car yet. I brought my car in this morning and they were so good to take me to work and to pick me up after. So helpful! I had tried describing the noises my car had made ( the sounds they must hear from us have got to be good at times I bet) my car did nothing wrong when they checked it out of course. How frustrating. I may have taken my frustration out on James a little which I feel really bad about but he was awesome anyway. He listened to me and explained to me how they check for issues and he listened to me some more. You gotta know the problem before you can fix it though. I appreciate his patience with me. When I arrived back at the shop after work, the manager handed me my key and said he wasn’t going to charge me because they couldn’t provide a service for me! I tried, I wanted to pay something because they did run a diagnostic test after all and drove it around and other mechanical things but he refused and just asked that I use them again if I should need to in the future! DEFINITELY!!! I will use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone with car needs. They are awesome!!!!
