So my other half took my truck here, which he should never have okay. So they had my truck is was told tbat they didn't know who the truck belong to which it was towed and I know that's a lie anyway was told today from Billy today that he was told it was an electrical problem so your thinking that they will do a full diagnostic check wrong i was told from Billy the manager that tbey only diagnostic the problem you tell them so at this point I'm angry 😠 so I brought my truck home and assume it was fixed I was wrong the truck didn't start so yes I called and yes I wanted my money back all 860.54 worth of nothing you did to my car. So today I spoke to the district manager Brandon that I also recorded told me that I will not get my money back because I didn't let them finish my car???? So when I was handed my keys and given the paperwork and made the payment dont that means job done!!! So you want to keep people money and car was not fixed and no one from the shop reached out at all we had to reach out about the truck.. and please call me a lier because you were both recorded.. yall conducted bad busy and Billy you did say that woodies was family owned!!!! Please stay away from this shop because you are wasting your hard money for nothing and the District Manager Brandon white is a waste of time to speak with take your business else where!!! First off Billy your full of crap let's get that straight and nothing was wrong with my fuse box at all I have you recorded saying you only do the work that customer tell you!!! And also I will see you in court for my money and third the ground wire to my truck was the issue for you to be a professional shop!!! When you do a diagnostic check you test the hole truck, car Billy am I clear!!!! You are horrible and you will not be blessed, sweetheart you obviously don't know nothing about cars as I know i do but again I will never come send anyone to your shop ever you or Brandon white!!!
Let's set the story straight. Your 2008 Tahoe was dropped off on our back lot and no one knew who's vehicle it was because it had never been here before. You and your other half were apparently out of town for a while and he called us when you all finally returned. He told us that the truck had an electrical issue and kept blowing fuses. Electrical issues take more time to diagnose, so your other half approved 3 hours of diagnostic time for us to find the problem. We found that the fuse box was damaged due to getting wet and needed to be replaced. Since it is an older vehicle, we recommended going with a used fuse box to keep your cost down. Once again, your other half approved the work. Once we replaced the fuse box, we found that the starter was faulty and the engine had a misfire. We called your other half and offered those repairs, but he declined. Keep in mind, all of our calls really are recorded and we have since pulled them up to verify each conversation with your other half. After you picked your vehicle up, you called back to complain that it was not running correctly. We let you know of the other issues that your other half apparently failed to tell you about. You then attempt to have your bank charge us back the money you paid for the repairs on your credit card, but once we provided them with all of our proof, they determined that it was a legitimate transaction and did not charge us back. Yes, it's true, like all other shops, we charge a separate diagnostic fee for each issue that a customer wants addressed. This is standard practice. We repaired the issue that your other half told us about and approved. Your bank is not getting your money back. We're not refunding your money. You left us a horrible review. All of this was caused by an apparent lack of communication on your and your other half's part. We are now considering this a closed issue. Billy
