Exceptional service from the front office to the mechanic. Brandy, and I believe her assistant, kept me updated throughout the whole process and was timely with getting me quotes. Moe performed the services on my truck; he was very knowledgeable. He inspected, diagnosed and addressed my concerns and the issues I had in a diligent professional manner. Overall, I'll continue to use Woodie's, especially the Arrowood location.

My low battery light came on as I was driving from Ballantyne. My car had been acting sluggish and I knew there was a Woodies on Carmel Road. Pulled in and just wanted them to check the battery, but I had to leave the car. Soon after I got a diagnostic report complete with pictures. My alternator and battery were dead, but I also needed brakes. They took care of my car and it was ready the next morning. Josh was my service manager and he was professional and courteous. I would recommend this shop.

I recently took my 1997 mitsibishi eclipse GST in for an oil change, brake check and check engine light. This car is really in good shape and everything works. Gary told me that "it is time to put it out to pasture because of some problem with the engine. After all it has 200,000 miles on it". In other words, take it to the junk yard. I was devastated because the car has great sentimental value to me. I drove home (car was running normally). I took the car to a local mechanic and told him what Gary had said. He kept it 3 days. He fixed an oil leak, rounded my brake rotors and told me he couldn't find anything wrong with the engine. What the heck was that about? Needless to say you lost the money I would have spent on the brakes and I will not be using your business again. I have people constantly approaching me wanting to buy the car. Better check into this.

Took my car here because I was told that it was a honest family run type business, that doesn't try to oversell or knock you over the head with insane prices, but actually looks into what your car really needs. I got a oil change and it came with 28 point inspection, over 60 dollars, the inspection supposedly included looking at head lights and turn signals and all brake lights and 28 things that are needed to pass inspection. They told me the things that were wrong and the prices to fix them, the prices were so high I chose to only get the things fixed to pass inspection, that's the whole reason I brought my car in, they changed 02 sensor and did oil change and diagnostic test, cost 700 dollars and they didn't even say anything about my lights that are out! There are 4 lights out including a turn signal bulb! They didn't even bring that up now I can't pass inspection even after 700 dollars! Definitely not bringing my car back here! How do you miss 4 lights out? But find a a torn axel boost? I don't get it! Also while I was checking out, I heard a technician he had to call a customer and tell them when they were putting their new rim and nut on there axel they stripped the person's axel thread so now they had to replace their whole axle but of course they were going to have to pay for that, but they didn't have that axle in stock so they are not going to be able to get her vehicle until after Labor Day, totally their fault, are they using our cars to train new people, that don't even know how to put a nut on correctly! Wow Woodie's is no goodies

Very difficult to get your car in and charges extremely high even higher than dealerships for simple maintenance services. They mailed me an oil change voucher, but did not take it off the charges. To replace a light bulb, they wanted to charge $175 labor only where at the dealership it’s $20, it takes 10 mins to replace it– the place is ridiculous, done.
