I was in a bind and Duane was Amazing! I bought a used car and took it to Woody’s as the check engine light came on immediately! He talked me through All of the bad (sooo many repairs) and then helped calm me down. He was honest and kind and showed real character while giving me detailed advice on what to do next. I am now a Woody’s customer for life! I wish All businesses had the stand-up character and class shown by Duane!

I took my car here to get an oil change and tire rotation. Once I got home, my car will not start. They provided no help and were rude. Do not take your car here!!! They will tell you that you need a bunch of stuff done when you truly do not. They are scammers.

Last year I moved an hour away from my old home which was less than a 5 minute drive from Our local Woodies in Fort Mill. I refuse to compromise on the stellar service I've come to receive every time I make an appointment with Duane and his team. Their hometown ethics and do it right the first time attitude will keep me bringing my cars back time and time again. I can't shout their praises enough. Their quality of service and pricing outshine the competition and are a fraction of what dealerships charge. I'll always use Woodies. Service you can trust.

Absolutely the staff is very friendly, clean environment, but on the other hand very disappointing. I was recommended to take my car to Woodie"s, so I did on 8/20/25 because service engine like came on, diagnostic was 2 of the solenoids valves had gone bad. Was told they could order the parts and fix it. Ok but I did my research on how long it would take and where were the valves located on my vehicle. My research was the valves is not at all hard to get to and it would take 1 hour or less. Woodie"s qave me a price of 803.01 and I knew from my research that was to much. So I called around was told absolutely to much, so I called my Father in Virginia cause he owns a auto repair shop, again absolutely the cost was to much. Was it because I am a woman or what i do understand every company has their own pricing, the price I was being charge for the valves my father got both valves for 1 price and yes they were top brand valves. Woodie's price 1 valve 133 other 137 diagnostic 150 labor 289 plus taxes, however I did not precede in letting them do the work, when I went to pick up my car I was charged 189 for the diagnostic, was told I would get a email receipt and as of 8/30 I have not receive one, if I have overlooked look it I do apologize. No hard feelings it is what it is and that is their pricing. My car is fixed and not for 803.01

I recently had a great experience at Woodies Auto Body Shop. Duane was incredibly helpful, assisting me with checking my vehicle on short notice, even without an appointment. I really appreciated his willingness to accommodate my last-minute request. The shop is conveniently located close to my home, which is a huge bonus. They also offered a shuttle service, making it even easier for me to drop off my car and go about my day. I highly recommend Woodies for their excellent customer service and commitment to meeting their clients' needs!
