Great experience overall. Had my vehicle serviced here. They took care of it immediately and answered all my questions.
I thought the price for the work done was very high. Nobody had an explanation of why. I was told to bring the car on Tuesday and finally got an explanation on what was wrong on Wednesday, with the work being completed on Thursday .
A HORRENDOUS PLACE!!!! NEVER EVER EVER EVERRRRRRRR TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! My husband & I brought our car here to fix an engine leak. They originally told us it would take “a couple days”…… Not only did they take our car for a WEEK but did literally nothing to it!? The diagnostic they charged us $180 for: WAS WRONG! They gave us a $1600 quote for the WRONG THING!? We also got our window broken by some random homeless person while it was parked there!? (Mind you.. during this 7 DAY timeframe they lied about working on it twice.. and didn’t call us when the vandalism occurred. We had to inquire about what was taking so long to complete the work… and Charles casually mentioned it.) When Charles told us about the window he explained it like our car was involved in some type of urban street beef. The insinuation felt racist. Either way: he genuinely couldn’t care less about the condition of our car. We eventually took our car to the dealership for what REALLY needed to be fixed. Paid $200 less than what this place said. We can’t even imagine if we actually let them keep our car for WEEKS to complete the WRONG WORK. NEVER AGAIN!
Very kind and honest people. I purchased a used car and took it to Woodies for an inspection and an alignment, all handled efficiently and without hassle. They have a trustworthy team and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Same day service was such a bonus. Multiple locations helps to get you in to one! Very responsive and informative on what's being done and if any change in charges. They also did all the warranty legwork so I didn't have to!! Love these guys!
I ran over a large screw near their location. They were able to take care of my issue quickly without an appointment. I was made comfortable and sent on my way safely. Definitely recommend.
