I was visiting Charlotte for a convention any a “maintenance required “ display came up. Here i am far away from my home, knowing I had a long drive back on Sunday and no idea what was wrong and who to call. Well I found the perfect repair shop -WOODIES from the first call with Katie, then Theo their pickup man, and all the mechanics who checked out why the lights came on, to getting me back on the road I couldn’t have been more relieved, impressed and ready to give this glowing review . If you live in the Charlotte,NC area and need auto work you can’t do better than WOODIES 520 N Tryon Street

I have not had to have repairs done on my Ford Escape since I purchased it. Woodies was recommended to me. A battery replacement was needed. I was given an estimate over the phone. Due to the issues it ended up being not only higher but a tad over my budget. The manager, Eric, worked with me and was able to help reduce it slightly so I could afford to get my car fixed. Not only was it fixed before they said it would be, but the service i received was very much appreciated. Unexpected car repairs are never easy but at Woodies and their service it at least made it better.

Very polite manager Duane assisted with all my needs and was able to help with a repair I couldn't do at other shops. I highly recommend this repair center if you have uncommon issues!

Everyone was very friendly at Woodies in Fort Mill. After my car broke down and was dropped off, they had diagnostics ready in under 2 hours. Detailed report that was helpful to make decision on which repairs are must have vs nice to have. Then, they got the car fixed in just a few hours and I was able to pick it up before end of business the same day. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a local repair shop.
