I brought my vehicle here for an AC compressor replacement. Less than a month later, the AC started blowing warm air again. When I returned, I was told the Schrader valves were leaking — which I paid to replace — but the issue still wasn’t resolved. Now the shop is saying that multiple other AC parts (condenser, expansion valve, etc.) are also bad and need replacing, totaling over $1,300. None of this was mentioned during the initial compressor job, and there’s been no clear explanation or proof that these parts were tested or failed. It feels like they’re stacking new repairs on top of an incomplete or misdiagnosed job. I expected that when a major component like a compressor is replaced, the shop would fully inspect the system — not leave things unchecked and then blame the customer later. Very disappointed with the lack of ownership, communication, and transparency. I’ve already paid for repairs once and now being told I must spend more without real answers. Be cautious and ask detailed questions before approving any work. Also, After paying the full amount for AC repairs, I simply asked the front desk staff to show me the AC temperature output, since the technician mentioned it should fall within a certain range. Instead of helping, I was told, “You can go to another shop and check there” — because they didn’t have time. This kind of response is completely unprofessional, especially when the job was paid for and the issue still wasn’t resolved. I didn’t expect such dismissive behavior from a business that should be standing behind its work. I came in for help, not to be brushed off. Regards Prince Sachdeva
