**UPDATE** ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS SINCE GETTING MY TRUCK "FIXED" AT THIS LOCATION AND ITS NOW BROKEN DOWN WITH THE EXACT SAME ISSUE. That's AFTER i took it back to be looked at for the issue I listed below as well. This "mechanic" is a JOKE. PLEASE AT ALL COSTS DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give this place less than 1 star I would!! This is hands down the ABSOLUTE WORST mechanic I've EVER had the displeasure of doing business with. My husband brought his truck in to get the fuel pump replaced. They kept on pushing out when they said they would have it done, despite knowing it was a work truck and would affect my husband's work schedule. When we got the car back, it was NOT in working order. The engine won't turn over the first 1-3 times trying to crank the engine. My husband and I put up with it for a week (we had work to catch up on). We took it back in to be looked at on a Saturday morning. We waited for almost 3 hours when we had called prior and they said there wasn't any wait and we could come right in. Apperently, the tech had just stepped out on lunchbreak when we got there. Then, when he got back, he went to start our truck. It didn't turn over the first try, maybe the second. He then proceeded to turn it on and off a few more times with no cool down period (the cool down period is when the problem shows up). Then my husband and I are called inside a few minutes later. They tell us that the tech isn't able to hear any issues (completely untrue) and that due to some rust the truck is unsafe to test drive. We were NEVER told before this that the little amount of rust the truck has made it unsafe to drive. It very much seemed like the tech just didn't want to do his job. They hadn't even hooked it up for a diagnostic of ANY type at this point. I had to SPECIFICALLY ASK them to hook it up for a diag. I told them I heard the tech try to start the truck and it did initially give him issues. The best they did after that is hook it up to get a diag after I made a fuss, but they didn't even go back to try to start it up again after this conversation. Sure enough, just a few minutes later when my husband and I went to leave, we had the same exact issue with it not turning over the first try. They wouldn't even have the tech come back outside to listen to us try to start it again. This place has the WORST SERVICE I've EVER received from a mechanic and I would AVOID TAKING YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM AT ALL COSTS!!
