The lady at the front desk was rude and couldn’t answer any of our questions. We were the only people there and all the workers were just outside talking and smoking. We sat in the waiting room for an hour, and no one updated us on anything. They still hadn’t even taken my car back yet and I had somewhere I had to be so I just took my keys back and went to valvoline instead. I understand that sometimes car places take a long time, but we had an appointment so we should not have been waiting there for them to even take my car when no one else was even there. It was just a simple oil change.
