Kyle is the worst “manager” I have ever dealt with. I went in for a simple car inspection and instead of acknowledging Corey’s (the young employee who performed the inspection) very apparent mistake and addressing it, Kyle completely dismissed it (and my valid concern) and rudely moved on to the customer behind me. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. I was dumbfounded as I have never dealt with such a shotty and unprofessional business and frankly, have never dealt with such lackluster employees. Woodie’s needs to get a real manager in there because Kyle is not able to manage the store, train the staff, nor is he able to address clients’ concerns. Corey wrote the incorrect mileage on my paperwork and apparently there was no way to fix it because the entire staff acted like I was the crazy one and it was no big deal…AN INCORRECT ODOMETER READING is a humongous issue!! Especially when the car inspection information is sent to the state. I went in thinking that I can make this my local car shop and I left thinking that I just made the worst decision ever…and HAD THE WORST UNPROFESSIONAL, DISGUSTING, AND DISRESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE EVER. Never aging will I visit any Woodie’s location…SUCH AN HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE.
