Recently I had a potential multi-thousand dollar problem with my catalytic converter and the guys at Woodie's suggested a much lower-priced option of simply cleaning the fuel system...and it worked. This saved me a lot of money but also meant that Woodie's would be bringing in less money. It didn't matter. The guys at Woodie's wanted what was best for me -- their customer. And thanks 100% to the honesty and integrity of the Woodie's staff I'm on the road again with no problems.

Woodies did a very good job on our vehicle. Ceasar was the mechanic who performed the work and did a great job. Would reccomend everyone to bring their car there for service.

I was traveling for business out of the country and dropped off my car for a wheel alignment. I chose to bring the car because it’s within walking distance to my home and some good reviews from others. Honestly this was not a good experience at all, my wife picked up the car for and parked the car inside our garage. When I got home from my business trip drove the car to work only to feel strong vibrations from driving, come to find out when I parked it inside my garage 3 of the wheel lug nuts were not tight at all on one of the rear tires, it was just hand tightened and not even all the way. Lucky for me I decide to drive the car locally that day. Brought back to the shop to show the supervisor there. Of course they tightened the lug nuts and checked the rest. Since this was my first time bringing the car in to Woodies, it most certainly was my last. So they would not be earning my business at all. Winston Gonzalez

TLDR: These guys are great and took care of my new car! If they give you advice, take it. Even though I have 5 free oil changes through the Toyota dealership, I’ll pay the money for Woodie’s to take care of my car from here on out based on their customer service alone. Took my new car here for its first oil change because of convenience and they found a leak in the radiator hose. They suggested I take it to the dealer because it should still be under warranty. I was trying to avoid the dealership because I had a beach trip planned and needed my SUV to be on the road within the week. Woodie’s assured me the leak was minor and it could wait until I got back, just to keep an eye on it. I didn’t listen and took my car to the dealership that evening. Toyota service manager and assistant service manager both said they would have it fixed in 24 hours. It’s now become a whole thing of ordering parts and a 2 week turn around time. I’m now having to drive a rental (small sedan) to the beach. I should’ve listened to the Woodie’s guys. Learned my lesson.
