Update to my experience with Woodies Car automotive on Prosperity Church Rd. Mallard Creek. So after my 1832$ supposed coolant leak repair that continued to leak, and being told the entire system would be checked. I believe they replaced parts on my car that did not need to be replaced. Other parts of the engine apparently was not checked. Finally found a mechanic who works in quality not quantity. Meaning, they don’t rip people off. That supposed 4K job Woodies tried to charge me ended being a 650$ job and my vehicle is finally fixed. Maybe they fix other cars but if you have a bmw or any other foreign car, think twice!

Great customer service. Jeff was great, explained what my car needed, made sure i understood and answered all my questions. I had a flat in 77. AAA came and put a spare on. My daughter looked up which Woodies could service us that day. They did it. Found out that I needed two new tires. They put them on and put my spare back just like new. Very courteous! Thank you Woodies!
