I am writing this review to desperately urge anybody reading this to never take your car here under any circumstances. I brought my car to woodies on April 25th for replacement of a broken strut, a simple easy job that should take about a week max, I am just now receiving my car from them on June 17th. Every day I would call them and they would give the same excuse that they were still working with the warranty company and the claim got denied and so on. So I called up my warranty and it turns out the claim was never denied. It was approved on May 15th 2025 and I was shown documentation of that as well as call logs showing that woodies basically ghosted the warranty company despite still telling me 2 weeks after the claim was approved that it was still denied. After all that I had to go there in person to get them to actually start the process of working on my car you would think they would try to expedite the process after that big of a mistake right? Wrong. They didn’t even order the part for another 3 days and provided no express shipping and the part took 8 business days to come in. Then finally I get a call from them today telling me I can come and pick my car up, I’m so excited finally after 2 months it’s ready, and as I’m driving there they call me back and say “actually the warranty hasn’t authorized payment yet from the email we sent them” so I have to call the warranty again and turns out woodies never even sent them the invoice and when they finally did, they sent it via the wrong email. So basically, I did all of the work for them besides the actual simple installation of the strut and then had to turn around and pay them $600, no discount, no apology, no sorry for the inconvenience. Not to mention a bunch of smart remarks on the phone from them to me as well as my wife. This place clearly has no idea what they are doing about anything and no sense of urgency or care whatsoever. Stay away from this business at all costs.
