We were in Charleston for a medical appt. We live 2 hours away. While in town the alternator went out on the car. Mike and the team at Woodies fit us in at the end of their day and got us back on the road home. They were professional, efficient but most important exceedingly kind. We cannot thank you enough for your great service!! 👍🏾👍🏾❤️

Not sure we'll be back. We took our car in for AC work in May. The system worked but not great and the car is 12 years old so it's understandable. they replaced the compressor and returned the car. two months later the AC quit working completely and this time we were told it was a leaking line. We reluctantly agreed and had the line replaced. the AC is still not great but better. We asked for a senior manager to give us a call (I am in the customer service business and wanted to give some private feedback). I was told that he was too busy and would not be calling. Sad. They did give us a credit toward the second repair which was appreciated. Overall we were not satisfied with the work and will find another avenue for our car service needs.

The crew at the Savanna hwy location are the greatest. I was towing a trailer and had a trailer tire issue that required professional help. I was blessed to pull into Woodies tire center and asked if they could assist me as quick as possible. The manager I wish I could remember his name said yes sir we can get fixed up in just a few Minutes. They immediately addressed and fixed my issue and didn’t even charge me a dime. And sent me on my way. The entire crew was professional and hospitable and very friendly all At the same time. To the owners of Woodies tire chain I suggest you have the guys at Savanna Hwy conduct your employee training seminars. They are first class. Thanks again to the ones that helped me Out.

Giving Woodies and Daniel, in particular, a 5 star rating for honesty. I had a screw in my tire, right on the edge where it could not be repaired. I left the car with them to confirm the damage with a quote for a new tire and permission to replace it. He got back to me that there was no hole and I could pick up my car, no charge, despite doing a full diagnostic. Thanks to Daniel and Charles for friendly quality service.

Horrible over all experience. Corey the service manager was fine but management , corporate and regional manager not so much. Long story short I had a nail in my tire and came out with 2 damaged wheels as a result of the technicians complete negligence and lack of care or concern for my vehicle. I literally watched this grown man throw a fit in the bay at my vehicle. The second wheel was damaged when he pulled out of the garage and smacked it on one of the guard rails or pins marking the bay. They did pay for the 2 wheels although I had to re coat all 4 to be sure they all matched because I came in with 4 identical wheels and I wanted to end up the same way. So 5 hours of mine and my wife's time driving to Charlotte and back dropping off the truck to be fixed and 3 days without my vehicle I was asking they pay the whooping additional $330 for the other 2 which they refused. No concern for my time and loss of use of the vehicle. They did offer me a $330 credit at there shop even after I told the regional guy I would NEVER let them touch my vehicle again. Trying to win my business is laughable after having zero consideration for my time and again loss of 3 days use of my vehicle. There are some great true family run shops between exit 23-25 on Old Statesville RD I would look at those and never go to Woodies. I did observe the manager yelling at people and treat a perspective new customer like he was a idiot as well so I highly suggest any place but here.

Needed brake pads changed. They told me I had to replace my entire brake system because "thats how it done" gonna cost me 1300 for my brakes. I was told "no one in charlotte will do your brake with just adding new pads". I took it somewhere else. Got my brakes and a new battery installed for under $500. Needless to say every time Ive gotten an estimate its always been a lot higher price. BUT to be fair they were really respectful and kind. At the end of the day im paying for twice as much for the same service.
