I am totally disappointed with the service I received on my sprinter van , they broke my lights and didn’t repair the lights.Also they were verbally fighting each other. Three weeks later I thought I would try them again and I dropped off my van and when I returned they told me that I shouldn’t waste any money repairing my van. Personally I don’t think they wanted to work on my van because they were afraid they would damage it again. I will never allow woodies to service any of my vehicles again. Poor customer service and management.

I took my car to Woodies for a major repair. The price was much better than the dealer. Pete and crew at the Ballantyne location were friendly and helpful. Hopefully I won’t need any more repair but will return if I do.

Car trouble definitely sucks but these guys make it easier. From the initial call, and ease of getting your vehicle in and out, I only bring my vehicle here. Daniel & Mitchell are both great, extremely kind and helpful and my vehicles have always came back to me in top shape. Highly recommend.
