I scheduled an appointment for a State Insoection on Wednesday 8:30am. They called me back and asked if I could pick another day. I asked for that Friday 8:30 am. "No problem". I drop my car off at the appropriate time. These inspections are a 30 min affair normally. I haven't heard any by 11am, so I call and am told my vehicle is just now being looked at. Around 2pm I get an email detailing things that need to be fixed. I had to call the shop back to confirm repairs. I was told end of the day. End of the day I'm told first thing in the morning. They have been open for 2.5 hrs and still not done. If they were realistic with time estimates I wouldn't be mad, but the constant pushback is bullshit. They dont.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Woody’s Auto Repair Center. Before bringing my car in, I called and specifically asked if they had worked with SilverRock Warranty before. The front desk representative, Daniel, assured me they had multiple times and seemed confident they would be considered in-network. However, after holding my car for three days with no urgency to complete what should have been a straightforward repair, I was hit with an unexpected bill. Turns out, Woody’s is not in SilverRock’s network. My warranty would have covered a significant portion of my repairs if they had been upfront about their status. Instead, I was left to pay $350 on a $428 bill, while my warranty only covered $78—an amount that could have been much higher if they had been honest from the start. To make matters worse, Daniel never properly explained the final cost to me before taking my payment, which felt deceptive. It seems like they were more concerned with getting my money than ensuring I had all the information I needed to make the best financial decision. I feel taken advantage of and extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency. If you have a warranty, double-check everything yourself before trusting them, because they clearly don’t prioritize customer awareness or financial fairness. I won’t be returning.

I called to get a quote to replace the front brakes on my car (very simple and standard maintenance) and they couldn't even tell me how much it was going to cost without first charging me $30 for an inspection. I will not and no one else should ever pay anyone for a quote. I will not be using Woodies.

First time service of my reliable 2017 Acura and was pleasantly impressed by the level of communication, especially on the part of Raymi on the phone and in person. Shuttle service within ten miles was especially important to me and Larry does an excellent job of driving. Would definitely bring my car to Woodie’s again.
