Excellent service, as always. The staff is knowledgeable and explains things so even a novice can understand. Tried a well-known service when we moved here 5 years ago and was disappointed. Went to Woodys when said service could not fix a problem. Woodys mechanic said the problem was not as described and fixed my car. I have been going there ever since and have never been disappointed.

We have been clients of Woodie’s for years and are always satisfied with the professionalism and quality of work. My daughter recently broke the gas cap on our car and the guys were able to have a new part ordered, received, and fixed all within a hour as I waited. You of course don’t have to wait with their amazing shuttle service but I just sat in their lounge and worked. I always recommend!

I can honestly say that all the hard working professionals at Woodies were so unbelievably kind and helpful. They made me feel so respected and well taken care of. I have multiple sclerosis and I am about to undergo Hip replacement surgery, and they fixed my older car up so perfectly. I wish someone could do the same for me.(LOL)! THANKS SO MUCH ! The level of customer service was exceptional from the outset. I ordered new tires online, and two of them had to be shipped in over a holiday weekend. I got a call from Cade, a Service Manager, to let me know when they would be in and when I should bring my car in. Then, he called again on the scheduled day to let me know they were there and that we were on schedule. This level of service is rare to find anymore. Further, the office was exceptionally clean, the other Service Managers were pleasant and helpful, and everything was done on schedule. What more could one ask for? Thank you, Woodys.
