Chris and Chad went above and beyond to help with my car issues...they spent 2 hours with me with no gaslighting, no gimmicks, and no ridiculous monetary estimates! This place is beyond amazing. The level of effort and reports you get for prepurchase inspection is beyond anything any company does. I truly appreciated it. Corey helped me out a lot and the work the technician did was beyond expectations. They even had a full report they emailed me and took extra time to make sure they found every single issue both good/bad with the truck. I will only go to Woody's from now on for everything. Hands down best service I've seen in Charlotte. No BS. Thanks.
